Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and discuss logistics for large-scale items.
Prepare for Pickup or Shipping
Ensure all accessories and smaller items are in their original packaging; for pool tables and heavy furniture, our professional team will coordinate a scheduled disassembly and removal.
Quality Inspection
Once the items arrive at our warehouse, our master craftsmen will inspect the goods to ensure they are in original, resalable condition without damage or wear.
Refund Processing
